Runners/Walkers - I want to model heath and fitness to your daughters. If your daughter does not drive yet (even if she does), you are invited to join us for summer runs (I might have you take a different out and back route or run the loop in the opposite direction so you each have your space). In addition, I highly encourage you to run or walk the course on race day when you drop your daughter. There is a contingent of parents from various schools that have built a really strong community of parents modeling fitness and support for their student-athletes in the best way possible by running the course early on race day. It's a great conversation starter during the car ride home as well. Please join us!
