Cross Country at Carondelet has a rich history including two CIF State Titles (1996 & 2006) and a Footlocker National Champion (Kristen Gordon Henehan, 1996)! Join and become a part of something special!

Carondelet Shuttle to CAC

There is free, one-way transportation after school for Carondelet students to travel to the Carondelet Athletics Complex.

There is no cost and no need to pre-register. There is also no return service to the main campus from the CAC later in the evening.

The afternoon shuttle will always leave 20 minutes after the last bell of the school day.

Pick-up Location

Students will meet for the afternoon ride on the sidewalk of Winton Drive in front of the Jean Hofmann Center for Innovation.

I suggest as you get to know each other over the summer, plan carpools. The bus fills up fast in the fall especially during tryouts. Tennis, waterpolo, flag football and rugby are all at the CAC.

Thursday June 26th, Faith Kipyegon is going to attempt to be the first woman to break the 4 minute barrier in the mile. There is a documentary with episode 1 streaming on Amazon right now so you can learn more about Faith, her journey, and her incredible courage! Anything is possible! Link for more information.

Update: While Faith did not break 4, she did run faster than her previous World Record time in the mile, then 9 days later she set the World Record in the 1500! AMAZING! The Breaking 4 mile time does not count as a "record" due to the pacing provided.

The documentary has 2 episodes available for viewing and the third episode is coming soon. "I've Got Faith" she will reach her goal one day! Episodes are on Amazon Prime.
